✦ 4 large bell peppers (any color), tops cut off and seeds removed
✦ 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
✦ 1 small red onion, finely diced
✦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✦ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
✦ 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
✦ 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
✦ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✦ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
✦ 1 teaspoon dried basil
✦ Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
